We want you to love every pour from your Bartesian; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your machine or unopened accessories within 30 days of delivery. Please note that cocktail capsules are perishable food items and are not eligible for return.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Bartesian maker in its original packaging, including all glass reservoirs and power cords to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
